File a Claim
We encourage you to call our office in the event of a claim,
937-435-9000. We understand that having a claim can be stressful and we
want to assist you through this process.
In addition, to better assist you, the following carriers have
24 hour direct claim reporting
services available. Prior to calling, please have your policy number and claim details
available for the claims adjuster. The insurance carrier will forward a copy of your
claim report to our office.
