I have been with CARR Insurance agency since I started driving almost 25 years ago. They are the best agency and always trying to help any way they can, especially in times of need.

Carr Ins. has been our agent for a number of years. They monitor our annual premiums and move us to other carriers when the current one gets out of line. When I had a claim they were very helpful.

I have been a customer for almost 50 years. Look forward to the next 50.

Unfortunately we have had to utilize Carr Insurance Agency multiple times, and without exception. Carr ins. has been there when we needed them! Have recommended them to anyone looking for insurance every chance I get.

My 27 year old slid off the road in a snow storm, so I called Erie road side assistance. They were VERY friendly and helpful in what was a stressful situation. They dispatched a local towing company who pulled the car out of the ditch. Erie was excellent in communicating with me throughout the entire process. They kept checking to see if the tow truck was there yet, and if I was satisfied with the way they handled my problem. This would not have been possible without Angie Barnard and Carr Insurance Company. I NEVER got this quality of care from my old insurance company.
