I have always received excellent customer service and everyone is so willing to assist me no matter the need. Secondly, I have been with Erie/Carr Insurance Agency for almost 40 years from my very first car. These people believed in me when an insurance adjustor refused to approve ALL of the repairs on my car after an accident. The Carr Agency overturned the decision and completely fixed my car. I am forever grateful to this company.

When I’ve had claims she’s walked me through the process and I just appreciate her constant communication and willingness to help.

Carr Agency is a family-run business that treats you like family! They listen, they ask questions to understand your individual situation, and then they make policy recommendations. I’ve experienced nearly three decades of prompt insurance quotes, prompt answers to questions, and prompt claim assistance. Would I recommend my best friend to Carr Agency? Absolutely!

Everyone at the agency has always been friendly in pointing me in the right direction when I have had questions. I have been with them for a number of years now. They have always looked to be sure I was getting the best possible deal, even running new numbers for my annual renewal to be sure my current insurance supplier is still the best bet. Highly recommended.
