Since I moved to the area 5 years ago and decided to go with Carr Agency Jennifer has been amazing. Any questions I have big or small she responds to in a timely manner and goes above and beyond. When I’ve had claims she’s walked me through the process and I just appreciate her constant communication and willingness to help.

I have always received excellent customer service and everyone is so willing to assist me no matter the need. Secondly, I have been with Erie/Carr Insurance Agency for almost 40 years from my very first car. These people believed in me when an insurance adjustor refused to approve ALL of the repairs on my car after an accident. The Carr Agency overturned the decision and completely fixed my car. I am forever grateful to this company.

Everyone at the agency has always been friendly in pointing me in the right direction when I have had questions. I have been with them for a number of years now. They have always looked to be sure I was getting the best possible deal, even running new numbers for my annual renewal to be sure my current insurance supplier is still the best bet. Highly recommended.
